 Perfect for summer, cute little tutu dress, ex high street store (the labels have been removed to prevent store returns).  UK 10, US 6.

Skirt is three layers, first black, second black covered in gold sparkles & third netting.  (The subtle sparkles shine in the light).   Vintage style dress. 

NB:  a little of the stitching has come away on the waist (not noticeable & easily repaired) hence low starting price.
