If you wear glasses, this allows you to use your prescription lenses with your protective eyewear. These sets are amazingly difficult to find. The label on the front of the pack reads 'ESS P-2 RX INSERT'. I believe this means that these can be used with any ESS eyewear (please check this or yourself before purchasing at the ESS website). Photographs are of actual item for sale.
