How does this affect my purchase? There is no problem
with that, so buy with confidence. The shipment might take a few more days if
you live outside the United States (5 to12 business days), and you must be
aware that additional delays are possible due to customs processing. Other than
that, the payment and how eBay handles the sale is pretty much the same. Are
your products authentic? Where are these products made? Your prices seem too
good to be true... Yes, absolutely. I personally
can guarantee that everything is authentic and unless otherwise
noted, everything will come with the original tags of the
manufacturer. Plus, many of the items i sell are so inexpensive when i have
too much inventory so i just try to sell them as fast as possible by lowering
my prices and giving promotions. That benefits both, you and I. Notice that
many of these products are not produced exclusively in the United States; for
example most Guess products are produced in Guatemala, Peru, etc where the
quality of the material is much higher, but they are always certified by
Guess. How
long will it take for my package to arrive? I personally
make sure that your product ships out within one or two (1-2) business days
after I receive your payment. For international shipments (outside the United
States), it might take between 5 and 12 business days but we do not guarantee
a specific time frame. What
happens if my product gets lost or is damaged? I make sure that your product
arrives to you safely, but accidents do occur and if for some reason your
product gets damaged on its way to your home i will replace to you for free
as soon as you send the damaged product back to us. Similarly, i add tracking
number to all my packages (unless otherwise noted) to reduce the possibility
of your product getting lost or stolen. However, if this happens, i am not
responsible unless you explicitly request me to buy insurance (additional
charges may apply). It is highly unlikely though. What
Shipping Service do you use? Unless
otherwise agreed, I will use USPS for national and international shipments.
However, notice that a tracking number will be provided upon shipment for
both national and international shipments, unless otherwise indicated. My
product hasnt arrived yet and it has been over 12 business days. What is
going on? Although i am responsible that
your package ships out within 2 business days from the payment date, i cannot
guarantee how long the shipping company (s) can take to deliver your package.
For international shipments only (outside the United States), additional time
for customs processing may be considered, although it rarely happens. Also
notice that for international shipments additional customs related charges
may apply. We are not responsible for them. I
dont have or want to use Pay Pal. How can i pay? In addition
to Pay Pal, if you are a European Customer you can transfer your payment to
my bank account in France; you can do an online bank transfer or visit your
local bank. I will give you my bank details upon your request and I will ship
your product within one or two (1-2) business days after the funds are
available in my account.
We only accept the payment methods allowed by eBay, and we
do not accept personal checks. Can
i return my product? Yes, absolutely. For any reason
you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, but make sure
that the tags are still there and the product is still in the same condition.
In order to process your return, please contact us before you return it.

you offer any Discount on shipping costs? Yes; We take
pride to offer discounts to our clients whenever we can. The discount amount
depends on the products selected, their weight, shape, etc. Feel free to ask

made a mistake and I no longer want the product i won. What can I do? It is alright, we all make
mistakes. When a sale is made, eBay charges the seller certain fees, so when
a certain period of time has passed, we will have to report the incident to
eBay so we can recover those fees. This may affect your eBay account, so
