I'm not sure how to classify this. It is possibly a color changeling of unwatermarked 20p blue; possibly very faint watermark of 20p green. I doubt this is a privately produced stamp look-alike (it is too close to a real stamp). Cancel / overprint: Dankesgruss - Deutsches Rotes Kreuz. This has the quality of a cancel in that the ink bleeds through the stamp. The cancel is larger than the stamp and there is more lettering outside the visible circle. There does not appear to be any true postal marking (that is, no town or date marking.) No faults. S.E.Cooper Stamps - Since 1974.
