You will receive a grouping of 26 documents related to an BMD woman named Friedl Geyer. Partly amazing documents even a letter to SS-Obersturmbannfuhrer Wilhelm Tengelmann who was also a member of the Prussian Ministry of economics. Here the listing of what you will get:
1. Letter by Friedl Geyer to SS-Obersturmbannfuhrer Wilhelm Tengelmann, related to her killed in action groom. The letter is dated in Munich on 19. August 1940. She wrote:
To Wilhelm Tengelmann
deeply stirred, I thank you from my heart for your tactful expression of your sympathy and the magnicifent flower bouquet. Your roses now decorate the last photo of my killed in action groom. I hope that I soon can shake your hands in Munich and can repat my thank to you personally. I wish you all the best and respond your regards. Yours Friedel Geyer.
2. Letter plus transcription from 19. August 1940 to Major Albrecht Soltmann who was a Commander of the tank regiment 201. Mrs. Geyer wrote about her groom named "Rolf Steuerwald. He is also listed at the German "Volksbund" website. He died on 15th May 1940 in Belgium. Mrs. geyer wrote:
I thank you for your sympathy as far as the soldiers death of my groom Rolf Steuerwald. Please forgive me, if I connect with my thank a big request. As I heard, the General Command in Paris is looking for Secretary´s. My wish to fulfill my language skills and to flee from Munich, because everything remind me to my past, such an job would be very desirable for me. May I beg you dear Major, to tell me which administration I have to contact. Actually I work as privat secretary by the state leader of the Reichnährstand (coproration of farmers). The administration agreed tha my actual French language is good enough.
You will further receive: orange receipt by the Reich doctor Gräfelfing, receipt from well know German actor teacher Alice Strathmann, Reich insurance card, Luftschutzbund (air raid defense) card signed by an Oberführer, two receipts of the German women organization, receipts, bill of delivery, order sheet, receipts by Herta Bauer teacher for Gymnastic and dance, Munich animal hospital acceptance sheet - issued for her killed in action groom Steuerwald, letter by the corporation of farmers with receipts from 5.9.1942, letter by the German blood and soil administratin with letterhead and eagle from 21. 8.1941, Judgment, letter by Friedl Geyer to corporation of farmers from 16th March 1942, letter by the Wehrmacht inspection Munich VII from 10th May 1937 signed by an Captain.
