The Hasselblad kit consists of the following items:

- 1 Hasselblad 500 C/M Medium Format Camera Body. S/N TE93779

- 1 Hasselblad 12 expositions Back Magazine. S/N TR119775

- 1 Hasselblad - Carl Zeiss 80 mm 1:2,8 Planar Lens. Nr. 5251057

- 1 Hasselblad waist level finder. 

- 1 KIEV - TTL 88 Metering Prism. 

- 4 Batteries (metering prism).

THE CAMERA IS IN A GOOD OVERALL CONDITION AND IS WORKING AT 100%. HOWEVER IT DOES HAVE SOME COSMETIC DEFECTS (signs of wear basically) THAT IN NO WAY AFFECT THE CAMERA'S PERFORMANCE. AS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS BECAUSE OF THE ITEM'S POOR QUALITY OR CLIENT INSATISFACTION WE URGE YOU TO ASK FOR MORE PICTURES SO THAT YOU CAN CHECK PERSONALLY ON THE CAMERA'S PHYSICAL CONDITION.

Please, we kindly request you to read the following information before bidding:

I. Shipping.

The items are located in Mexico City. There's only ONE flat rate for any international shipments which includes the following:

- Safe packing for the items.

- Parcel Delivery Service. Provided by either FedEx, UPS, DHL or equivalent. A tracking number will be issued and it will be given to the buyer (mandatory), along with a copy of the registration invoice only if requested.

The estimated delivery time varies from country to country. Therefore it is not possible to give the seller a precise estimate. The maximum delivery time considered is of 2 (two) months, to be counted from the date in which the item is registered at the delivery office. After this period, for any undelivered items an investigation will be conducted at the Delivery Service. These might be the outcomes:

- Item lost by the Delivery Service. The item will be fully refunded to the buyer.

- Undelivered item. This might be due to imprecise directions and/or address given by the buyer, or the absence of the buyer at the delivery address. In this case, the seller looses any responsibility to refund the item.

- Delivered item after the maximum delivery time. In this case, the seller looses any responsibility to refund the item.

It is possible to have the items sent via Regular Mail. For any information regarding this kind of shipments, contact the seller before bidding. WE ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE THIS DELIVERY METHOD BECAUSE IT IS UNSAFE FOR THE DELICATE NATURE OF THE ITEMS ON SALE. IF THE BUYER WANTS TO HAVE THE ITEMS DELIVERED VIA REGULAR MAIL, THIS MUST BE ASKED BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS SO THAT THE SHIPPING SERVICE IS CHANGED. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE  SELLER LOOSES ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON THE ITEM'S SHIPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!

We keep getting questions about the shipping and handling costs. Please, refrain from e-mailing us asking for a different shipping rate. The Mexican Postal Service demands a custom declaration plus a tax. Besides, we pay an insurance for every item sent through the post, specially banknotes. This is the reason why we commit ourselves to refund any lost items during postal handling.

II. Return/Refund Policy.

The item will ONLY be refunded in case the item is lost by the Postal Service, and ONLY if such Postal Service issues a notification to the seller in which the loss of the item is fully explained and accepted. It is therefore the buyer's responsibility to acknowledge the seller for any irregularity so that the proper investigations might be conducted. The seller reserves for itself a maximum refund period of 1 (one) year to be counted from the date in which the item is registered at the post office.

The seller is the only one capable of conducting a postal investigation and the only documents that will be recognized as valid are those issued to and only to the seller, in order to issue a refund.

The refunds will be issued to the buyer ONLY via PayPal. There are absolutely NO refunds in cash, check or any other monetary instrument rather than PayPal.

There are absolutely NO refunds for any other reason rather than the loss of the item. No refunds will be made due to client insatisfaction, poor quality of the items, poor packing, items undelivered due to imprecise directions, items delivered after the maximum delivery time, items delivered to another person rather than the buyer, items damaged during postal handling, etc.

III. Bidding/Purchasing/Paying.

Any bidding will be considered a compromise to pay the item in case the bidder wins it. Please take into consideration the following issues before bidding: physical appearance and conservation state of the items, shipping policies, refund policies, etc. If you need more information, contact the seller as soon as possible and always before bidding. No biddings will be cancelled once they are submitted.

Once the bidding period is over, the highest bidder will win the item. The seller expects to receive the payment within a 4 (four) natural days so that the item is properly prepared for being shipped. The item will be sent in the following 4 (four) natural days to the purchase date and only if the buyer has provided his/her exact directions and/or address. If the buyer has not paid the item within those days, the seller will get in touch with him/her in order to remind him/her of the payment, giving a period of 2 (two) natural days to settle the purchase. Otherwise, the seller will give a negative feedback on the buyer and will conduct the proper actions guaranteed by eBay.com to report uncomprimised buyers.

The ONLY accepted payment mechanism will be that of  PayPal. No cash, checks, deposits, etc. will be accepted. Please, check this issue before bidding.
