GENERAL POLICIES

Payment Terms - We obviously prefer payment within 7 days following the close of the auction. If you need additional time or have questions concerning payment and/or shipping options, please contact us at your earliest convenience. 

Shipping & Handling fees - We do not charge packaging or handling fees and will combine lots to reduce your postage costs. We also provide all available USPS delivery options in each listing including Flat Rate (generally the least expensive Priority service).

Buyer Privacy - We will initiate contact only to (1) invoice the winning bidder the next business day, (2) notify you when the item is mailed (for First Class), and (3) follow-up for payment if beyond the agreed term. We never make second chance offers (beware of Spoof eMails).

International Buyer Responsibilities - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these amounts you will owe at delivery and any other import limitations prior to bidding.

Buyer Satisfaction - We attempt to provide all relevant information in the item description and many pictures for Album Collection and Box Lot items. If you are not satisfied with the item please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
