PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION - DISPUTES WILL BE OPENED ON THE 8TH DAY REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES.

I post 4 / 5 working days every week - postage is always second class unless otherwise clearly stated.

Proof of postge is always obtained for every item I dispatch.

If there is a significant difference in post and packing costs - to the buyers advantage, I would refund the difference as Id never want to rip any of my buyers off x

I accept returns when items are faulty only.

If an item has been damaged during transit - in the posession of Royal Mail - I will assist in making a claim for the damage but WILL NOT refund you myself as it is Royal Mails responsability to do this. They will refund you directly.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO I REFUND POSTAGE COSTS - THIS IS CLEARLY STATED WITHIN THE RETURNS POLICY AND ALSO HERE SO PLEASE DO NOT EMBARASS YOURSELF BY DEMANDING THIS FROM ME IN THE EVENT OF AN AGREED RETURN.

COLLECTION OF ITEMS -   -  Items can be collected betwen the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday through to Saturday each week depending on my availability.

I AM HAPPY FOR BUYERS TO ARRANGE THEIR OWN COURIER COLECTION IF THEY SO WISH - BY ALLOWING THIS IT MEANS BUYERS WHO ARE NOT IN THE LOCAL AREA WILL NOT MISS OUT.

Local deliveries can be made for a small charge.
