2. All paid items are then forwarded to our shipper in Phoenix, Arizona every Thursday of the week (Wednesday USA time). It generally takes 3-4 days for our shipper to receive our shipment after it clears US Customs.
3. From Phoenix, AZ, packages are individually sent thru USPS with the exception of those items whose owners request for other couriers (FEDEX, UPS, etc.)
4. Please note further that shipments crossing international borders like Australia, Canada and Europe cannot be delivered until and unless they are cleared for such by the destination country's Customs authority. As the actions and decisions of Customs officials are beyond our control, any delivery commitment on an international shipment is contingent upon a timely Customs release.
INFORMATION: On assumption that the shipment would not fall on regular holidays and any other catastrophic events, the delivery would take 14-21 business days. For destinations outside the United States, delivery would take 21-30 business days.
