Individual items are bubble wrapped and shipped in Jiffy bags. Combined purchases will also be individually bubble wrapped, and shipped in Jiffy bag or box. Mixed lots sold as a single item will not be individually wrapped, but will be bubble wrapped as a lot, and shipped in Jiffy bag or box.
I recommend Recorded delivery for all UK items, (where offered)

RETURNS.
I describe all items to the best of my ability based on source and knowledge. I will accept returns for bone fide description errors, or faults not listed in description.
I do not accept returns for postal damaged items, as I always ensure items are well packaged. But I will assist buyers in claims against carriers.
I do not accept returns based on buyers errors of perception, (EG: "It looked bigger in the photo" or "I thought it was darker in colour")
I will not refund any payment for bona fide returns until returned goods have been received. All refunds for faults will include 1 way postage, return postage is responsibility of buyer unless agreed otherwise by myself before return.
