A silver dial pocket watch, with an English lever movement, dating to 1890/91, in good condition and good working order, keeping good time.

The silver case is in good condition, cover hinges tight and covers lock shut. The case is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1890/91, initials 'WE' (for William Ehrhardt), and numbered '198339' which matches the movement number. The inside of the rear cover has been etched with the name of a previous owner 'Nicholas Currah, Stanhope, 1898'.

The case is 50mm overall diameter ignoring the pendant.

The silvered dial is in good condition, it has central floral decoration and has gold numerals. The bevelled glass crystal is in good condition.

The English lever movement is in good condition and good working order, keeping good time (to within 5-10 minutes in 24 hours). The movement is numbered '198339' matching the case number. The movement is key wind and set, which work fine, modern key included.
