Another Quality Offering from Click on the above Logo to visit my storeand check out the other great material I have for immediate sale. Here Are My General Terms of Sale 1. If you have not immediately paid for this item after winning it, you may expect to receive an invoice from me shortly after the close of the final listing I have on any given day. I sent out email invoices for ALL items that were not paid for immediately at sale time. If you did not pay for your item(s) immediately and you do not receive an invoice within 2 hours of the end of my final lot ending, please contact me immediately. 2. For buyers that did not pay for their items immediately at sale time, I expect that the buyer of this item will send payment within 3 days of receiving my invoice. A Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be issued if payment is not received within 14 days of the sale date. This does NOT mean you will get a Strike against your account. It is merely a reminder to take care of your obligation as winning bidder. The Alert will be removed once the lot has been paid for. If the lot remains unpaid for after 30 days, I will escalate the Alert to a Complaint after which you may receive an Unpaid Strike and be blocked from future participation in my sales. 3. I reserve the right to cancel this listing for whatever reason and at any time. 4. All items are offered as genuine and unconditionally guaranteed to be what I claim them to be. In the unlikely event that an item was misdescribed and must be returned, a full refund will be cheerfully provided if (and only if) I concur with the buyer's evaluation. 5. If an item must be returned, then it must be received no later than 14 days from the sale date unless an extension for certification has been given. 6. If the buyer wishes to send an item for certification, then I must be notified at the time of purchase that an item is being sent. I will not accept an item in return from anyone that did not follow this term - even if an item is returned with a bad certificate. The reason for this is that I do have collectors that consign material to me for sale. And I cannot go back to them months after an item has been paid for and ask that they send me the money back for such an item. It is important that this term be followed. 7. Stamps described with any fault or faults may not be returned for any reason (except one); even if another fault was discovered that was not mentioned. The only reason I will accept a return on a lot with faults is if the stamp is determined not to be the stamp being offered (i.e. I describe it as a #27 and it turns out to be a #28). In other words if I describe a stamp with a thin spot and a buyer also finds a crease that I did not describe, then the item may not be returned because of the additional crease found. 8. In the unlikely even that an item has to be returned, no postage costs of any kind will be refunded under any circumstances (even if an item has to be returned as a result of my error). Unblock my Emails! Every once in a while I get a message from a buyer that either they were waiting for an invoice or they never received an invoice I had sent them. This is sometimes caused by a buyer's ISP rejecting emails from my email client, JUNO. I would suggest that you double check your email set up to make sure that you don't have JUNO blocked in your ISP setup. This will avoid a potentially embarrassing situation for us both. About Those Negative Feeback Comments You See You may notice that I have a number of negative comments in my feedback section. And, I am probably one of a very small minority who actually will point this out. And I point it out to make a point. Most of those negative comments were left by buyers outside the US that did not receive what they paid for. Regrettably, this does happen on occasion which is why I stress that if you are a buyer outside the US you a) make absolutely certain that I have the correct address to send your item(s) to and b) consider taking the Registration I offer. Yes, it is a bit expensive but it may be worth it for your peace of mind.
