Due to numerous past loses in the mail I will no longer send items to the following countries: Belarus, China, Egypt, India, Lebanon, Moldova, Pakistan, Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine. (Bidders who are known to me and have received their items in the past are exempt from blocking.)

My shipping and handling fees are lower than many other sellers, and a lot of work goes into offering items for sale, including waiting in line at the post office to mail your item. If you believe my shipping fees are too high, please do not bid. Please remember you are not paying a buyer’s commission like you do in a regular auction, If you have a question on my policies or the item being offered, please email me at mranton98@verizon.net while the auction is running. All items sent outside the U.S. are at the buyer's risk unless the Registration fee is paid (+ $12).

Shipping $1.75 in US; $3.00 all foreign countries, for up to Five cover lots or 10 stamp lots. Shipping will be slightly more if more than five cover or 10 stamp lots are purchased.

Please wait for an invoice from me before paying by PayPal if you purchased more than one item, so I can adjust the shipping fees lower. PLEASE SEND YOUR PAYMENT WITHIN 7-DAYS FROM THE END OF THE AUCTION!! I normally ship items within 1 business day after receiving payment, but it sometimes will take 2-3 days to mail an item during holidays or bad weather. Delivery time is dependent on the US Postal Service and other countries postal services. Once an item is handed over to the post office, I have no control over its delivery time.

REGISTERED MAIL POLICY: Purchases of $75.00 or more will only be sent by Registered Mail to foreign countries, and the Registered mail fee of  $12.00 will be included in the invoiced shipping amount. The actual shipping and handling costs for sending an item by Registered Mail is $15.00. I will only ship items by Registered Mail (+ $12) to some countries, regardless of the selling price. This is because of past losses in the mail. These countries are Czech Republic, Slovakia, Thailand.
