…for items that are DOA or not as described even if the seller refunds your purchase or fixes the problem? Nobody runs a perfect ship, even Toyota, probably the best run company in the world makes mistakes and even in the millions, on BRAND NEW VEHICLES. We make mistakes, do you? At one time 99% was an A in school. You may be the 1%(maybe even 2%) that gets a product that wasn't fixed exactly correctly, or a defect was not noticed or described. … for not receiving your shipping fee back for items returned. This is Ebays and Paypals normal policy.Risk and reward! You are taking a risk when you buy anything from anyone. We will try our best to make the reward worthwhile but if you send your item back you must pay for the shipping back. That is what both paypal and ebay ask as well.
