Posting
We dispatch all paid items same day or next day on Mondays to Fridays. We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.
All items are sent via Royal Mail tracked, which does not need to be signed for. Items to UK will take about 3-4 working days and to Europe will take 5-7 working days. All the rest of the world will depend on destination country.
Combining Postage
We can combine postage for you to save you money. Our standard combine postage policy
For the UK £2.99 for the first item and £1.99 for each item afterwards
For Europe £7.50 for the first item and £5.50 for each item afterwards
Orders of more than 6 items might be sent via alternative courier, please email us before making payment so we can pass those savings onto you.
Return Policy
Exchange
Should you be unhappy with your purchase and wish to exchange the item you may do so providing you notify us within 7 days of receipt and the item remains intact and unused. You will have to pay all additional postage costs.
Faulty/ Incorrect Items
We will replace any item that is faulty or incorrectly supplied provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt and items remain intact and unused. We will refund postage costs upon receipt of the item.
Non-Delivery
Claims for lost, damaged or delayed items must be made by the purchaser. We will supply information required for completion of the Royal Mail P58 Claim Form. Please allow 15 working days before considering the item as undelivered.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm. All emails will be answered within 24 hours on working hours. Emails sent on weekends or UK Bank Holidays please allow delay on replies.

What is a tester?
Testers are original, 100% authentic fragrances issued by the perfume house, only without the fancy packaging. They are designed for advertising, meant for placing on shop counters for customers to have a free tester spray. They usually come in a white or brown box, with or without caps.
We sell some used testers, if the tester is used, it will say in the title of the listing, e.g. if it is 90% full, this would mean that 10% of the bottle has been consumed.
