The document is dated in Berlin on 25.6.1942 and was sent to to the German metal factory in Paris. The signer, Major Hess notarized the topic which reads: Matter: tasks of the Reich aviation Ministryapposed in an circular letter about the tasks of the Reich aviation Ministry. We request to transfer this circular to all administrations and inform them, that they have to follow the terms of this circular letter. Underneath of Hess´s signature is the stamp print by "The Reich Minister of aviation".
