We accept Payment via Paypal. This is for your protection and well as our own.

At checkout you will be offered the option to use Paypal Express checkout or our own checkout service. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when you are going through the checkout process.

If you have a Pay Pal account you can insert your username and Pay Pal password and use your account as you normally would. If not, it is very and easy to create a Paypal Account if you visit their site.

Once you have completed the transaction you will receive two confirmation emails with your order number and receipt number. The emails will come from service@paypal.co.uk. Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email telling you your item is on its way.

We use Royal Mail Airsure for any International Deliveries (subject to availability of this service) which is a tracked overseas service. This service costs alittle more than regular untracked airmail but this will give you the peace of mind that your item is safe in transit to you and will also benefit from a faster delivery service.

**Handling Time

Orders will leave our warehouse within 1 business day of payment for your purchase. Special Delivery orders received up to 1pm will be dispatched on the same day. After 1pm orders will be sent out the following day on next day delivery.

Hours of Operations

All delivery timescales are based on standard working days from Monday – Friday exlcuding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Note:

You MUST enter the correct address for delivery during checkout, we will not be able to change your shipping address once payment has been received for security reasons.

IF in the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

Fussie does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Fussie is responsible for the error.

Fussie is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please follow these guidelines and email our customer service team.

Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.

If you are returning the item for a refund you must raise a request to return the item via Ebay, as no refunds can be processed by us until this request is completed. For exchanges this is not necessary but all the following information applies.

Items must be returned unused with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. Under no circumstances must you mark, write on or stick anything to the original box.

You must provide your name, eBay ID, order number and for exchange the particulars of any exchange required. All this information is available from your eBay account.

You should either use a tracked service or get a free proof of posting from Royal Mail when returning items. Fussie cannot accept responsibility for items that are not received by us.

Upon inspection of returned product, Fussie will issue a refund to the paypal account used for the purchase less the original delivery charge.

We will not refund items that have been worn or are not returned to us in their original condition and packaging.
