Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing.Item specificsCondition: Pre-owned This silver verge pocket was made circa 1835 & has a chester hallmark for that period.The movement was made by Joseph Johnson of liverpool & is in running order, the dial has cracks radiating like the branches of a tree.(see photo).The outer case is missing but the dust cover is present The number of the movement is 292,the dust cover, an unusual feature for a verge has a pretty monogram engraved on it.The case measures 2" (500 mm.) in dia.& is complete with the bulls eye glass.This watch needs a minute hand but I am sure it would make a nice restoration project.Questions and answers about this item No questions or answers have been posted about this item.
